WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We make efforts to expedite every order. You should receive it within 3 – 5 working days* based on local address.
Note: *Working days refer to Monday – Friday and excludes public holidays. Do expect some delay during festive periods.
For international delivery, we will send out the order within 3 working days. However, the shipping duration will differ for different destinations. We will inform you on the estimated shipping and delivery dates, as provided by the shipping company.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, we ship to almost everywhere in the world. However, free shipping does not covers overseas address. For overseas orders, please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org for shipping cost before making your purchase online.
DO I HAVE TO BE HOME TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?
No if the item does not requires any installation. Your item(s) will be send via Singpost SmartPac and post into your mailbox.
I TYPED A WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, HOW DO I AMEND IT?
Please contact us at 6580 8358 as soon as possible. Once we send out the item, we will not be able to rectify the mistake.
I NEED THE ITEM I ORDERED URGENTLY. DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING OR IS THERE ANY WAY TO RECEIVE IT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE?
We currently do not offer any expedited shipping, just the standard 3 – 5 working days. However, you can contact our friendly customer service representative at 6580 8358 to get your order processed as soon as possible.
